Ardas Choir - Universalist Church (White Sun Cover)

The Unitarian Universalist Church Choir wanted to perform White Sun's “Ardas Choir” for this morning’s service, so they invited us over. It’s so wonderful to see this music reaching all ages and walks of life. We met some really lovely people, including Sharon Robinson, the soprano in the front row in the pink and green t-shirt, and her husband, Alan Robinson. Alan is a world-renowned french horn player who has played with all of the greats: Frank Sinatra, Miss Peggy Lee, Elton John, Paul McCartney, Judy Garland, the Carpenters and The Beach Boys, to name a few. After the performance today, Alan told me a story about working with the Beach Boys: 2am Brian Wilsonwakes Alan up with a phone call, telling him to come over immediately to the studio because he needs him for a song he’s working on.
